Thank you for supporting The KOTK Writing Company! We’re excited to introduce the KOTK Planning Journal and appreciate your early support through preorders. Please review the following preorder policy before making your purchase:

Preorder Timeline

• Preorders open: January 5, 2025.
• Expected shipping date: No later than January 31, 2025.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order ships.

Preorder Bonus

• All preorder customers will receive a January PDF version of the KOTK Planning Journal to their email within 24-48 hours of purchase.
• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Payment & Processing

• Full payment is required at the time of preorder.
• Payments are securely processed through our website. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Orders will begin shipping no later than January 31, 2025.
• You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed.
• Shipping times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Preorders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thekotkwritingco@gmail.com for assistance.

• We will keep you updated via email on the status of your preorder.

Yes! If you are located in the Tallahassee area, you can opt for in-person pick-up.
Simply select this option at checkout, and we will contact you with pick-up details
closer to the release date.

No, preorders cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before placing
it.

All sales are final. There is a strict no-refund policy for all products.
