How does preordering work?
Preordering allows you to reserve your KOTK Planning Journal before the official
launch date. Simply place your order during the preorder period, and your product
will be shipped out as soon as it's available. Preordering also helps ensure you
receive your journal before it sells out!
When will products be shipped?
All products will be shipped out no later than January 10th, 2024. You will receive a
confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Is an in-person pick-up option available?
Yes! If you are located in the Tallahassee area, you can opt for in-person pick-up.
Simply select this option at checkout, and we will contact you with pick-up details
closer to the release date.
Can I cancel my preorder?
No, preorders cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before placing
it.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. There is a strict no-refund policy for all products.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our
shipping options in the future.
Can I preorder more than one journal?
Absolutely! There is no limit on the number of journals you can preorder while
supplies last.
